ELKART is a card of the national payment system of Kyrgyzstan. This is a safe and universal card designed for non-cash payments. With ELKART card you can fund your accounts and transfer money, pay for goods and services in Kyrgyzstan.
We charge a 0% when you make a transfer to ELCART.
Transfers from Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan are not available at the moment.
Uzcard and HUMO cards of any bank of Uzbekistan will do for transferring money to Kyrgyzstan.
You can use OSON mobile application to make transfers to Kyrgyzstan from any local banks card to your ELKART card. You need to know the card number and full name of the recipient.

- Go to “e-wallets and cards“ and “e-wallets“.
