Contact Center Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls only (no outbound sales calls).
  • Providing clear consultations to clients regarding applications, services and products.
  • Helping resolve issues by forwarding requests and complaints to relevant departments.
  • Accurately entering received information into the database.
  • Processing requests and supporting the client until resolution.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Russian and Uzbek — must have.
